Share a Power BI report screenshot without the data
A Power BI page is full of what a forum or a client must not see: customer names in a table, amounts in cards, emails in a tooltip. VaultSnip masks all of it on your device and leaves the visuals, slicers and layout as they were, so the question you are asking, or the design you are showing, still makes sense.
Free and open source. Everything runs in this browser tab: no account, no upload, nothing stored. What stays on your device (everything).
When this helps
- Posting on the Fabric community or Reddit about a visual that misbehaves
- Showing a client a report design built on another client's data
- Putting a report page in a slide, a ticket or a proposal
- Documenting a report in Confluence or a handover
Tip: set the page to the size you will share before you snip, and press Ctrl+Shift+S (Windows) for a crisp screenshot. Small print reads better than a shrunken one.
Measured, not promised. On the published test set about 0.25% of the area of sensitive text stayed readable after masking and the check, so take a last look before you share. How it is measured · Also for Power BI, Tableau and Excel screenshots.
